The "Tao Te Ching, Chapter 33" says: "He who conquers others is strong; he who conquers himself is mighty." In life, the most difficult thing to defeat is not a strong opponent, but yourself. If you are used to losing your temper, it is difficult to control your emotions. Little do you know: losing your temper is instinctive, and controlling your temper is self-cultivation. At any time, don't be a slave to your emotions, your emotions determine your destiny. The worse your temper, the less blessings you will have; the better your temper, the greater your blessings will be.
A person who is full of bad temper will feel that the world is dark even if he is in the light. In fact, everything comes from your heart. The angrier you are, the more complicated things are; the calmer you are, the simpler things are. Because anger can make people lose their reason and become impulsive, stupid people will lose their temper. Truly strong people will never be restrained by emotions and can resist the invasion of bad temper. Remember: life is short, it is for happiness and joy, not for anger. A good temper is like a sunny day, with its own light, and good luck will accompany you wherever you go. A bad temper is like a storm, and it is a mess wherever you go. Don't let a bad temper block your good luck in life.
