In the Zi Wei Dou Shu chart, the Life Palace, Career Palace, and Wealth Palace form a triangle; in the terminology of the system, this is known as the “Three Sides and Four Positions,” and they are mutually interconnected and influence one another. Therefore, one might also say: life is the body, while career and wealth are the legs—neither can be dispensed with.
