2026年還在懷疑靈氣?這篇科普讓你放心試 cover
I've been incredibly bored lately. Lying in bed scrolling through my phone, I randomly turned on the background music for the "Sportily" online radio station and unexpectedly heard episode eight about "Reiki." It instantly captivated me! 😂 Before I started learning Reiki, I thought it sounded mysterious and difficult to understand, like something that would easily lead to being scammed. But after listening to it, I thought: Hey? It's not so scary after all, and it's actually quite relatable! So I've compiled what I heard and what I've learned into this article for fellow beginners or those who haven't tried it before: ✅ What exactly is Reiki? A super simple definition: Reiki is "cosmic life energy," omnipresent like air. The healer (or you) simply acts as a "relay," gently placing your hand on or near your body to allow this warm, high-frequency energy to flow in, helping your body restore its balance. It's not that you're forcefully giving energy; the universe is using your hand to help—(very much like the concept of a Wi-Fi signal relay). ✅ What is its relationship with modern medicine? Reiki doesn't replace doctors, nor does it require you to discard medication. It's categorized as a "complementary and alternative therapy" (many hospitals now also use it in integrative medicine). It primarily helps you: achieve deep relaxation (activating the parasympathetic nervous system, making it easier to reduce stress and anxiety), improve sleep, alleviate chronic pain, and boost immunity. Many people use it to relieve discomfort after surgery or during chemotherapy. Scientific research shows it can lower stress hormones and promote relaxation responses. But its coolest feature is: zero side effects, anyone can learn it, and you can do it anytime. ✅ What do you feel after doing it? Many people say after their first session: their palms feel incredibly warm, like having a heat pack on them, and they suddenly feel very sleepy and relaxed (sometimes even falling asleep). In the following days, their emotions become more stable, and they are less prone to outbursts or emo. Some people experience significant relief from neck and shoulder pain and headaches. Long-term practice can even make them feel like "life has gained a little more light," and they become more patient with life. Of course, everyone's experience is different; some people cry and release their emotions on their first session, while others simply feel "so comfortable, like being hugged." If you, like me, sometimes feel overwhelmed by life and easily get stuck emotionally, but don't want to plunge headlong into overly commercialized things, this is a gentle reminder: Reiki isn't as unattainable as it seems; it's more like a gentle, everyday self-healing tool.
