Self-identity is the state in which a person clearly knows who they are, what kind of person they want to become, what they believe, and what path they want to take, and that this state is stable, unified, and without contradiction. It can be understood in three sentences: 1. I know what kind of person I am. 2. I identify with my identity, values, and goals. 3. My past, present, and future are consistent, not chaotic or confusing.
